Order Preparation
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your package is dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing the next working day.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all protective films intact.
To initiate a return, email us with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
